How long will delivery take?

Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery within Tamil Nadu takes 4–5 working days after dispatch, and 7–15 working days for the rest of India. International orders take 7–21 working days after dispatch.

Can I return or exchange this saree?

Exchanges are accepted within 4 days of delivery, provided the saree is unused, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging, along with an unboxing video. Refunds apply only to damaged or defective products, supported by a continuous unboxing video, and are processed within 7–10 working days. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, as we do not currently offer reverse pickup.
