  • Delivery takes 5–7 working days within Tamil Nadu and 7–15 working days to the rest of India, after dispatch
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor your shipment
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances or remote delivery locations

Exchange and Return

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Here’s how we handle refunds and exchanges:

  • Refunds are provided only if the product is damaged or defective on delivery.
  • A continuous unboxing video, from opening the parcel until the saree is fully shown, is required for any claim.
  • Please raise your request within 4 days of receiving your order.
  • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 4 days if the saree is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags. Only one exchange per order.
  • We do not offer reverse pickup, so return shipping is arranged by the customer.
