Exchange and Return

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Here’s how we handle refunds and exchanges:

  • Refunds are provided only if the product is damaged or defective on delivery.
  • A continuous unboxing video, from opening the parcel until the saree is fully shown, is required for any claim.
  • Please raise your request within 4 days of receiving your order.
  • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 4 days if the saree is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags. Only one exchange per order.
  • We do not offer reverse pickup, so return shipping is arranged by the customer.
