- Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances or remote delivery locations

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Here’s how we handle refunds and exchanges:
- Refunds are provided only if the product is damaged or defective on delivery.
- A continuous unboxing video, from opening the parcel until the saree is fully shown, is required for any claim.
- Please raise your request within 4 days of receiving your order.
- Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Exchanges are accepted within 4 days if the saree is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags. Only one exchange per order.
- We do not offer reverse pickup, so return shipping is arranged by the customer.
