Exchanges are accepted within 4 days of delivery if the saree is unused, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging plus an unboxing video. Refunds apply only to damaged or defective items, supported by a continuous unboxing video, processed within 7–10 working days. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you — we do not currently offer reverse pickup.
